SOMATIC SENSING:

A unique series of movements developed by Thomas Hanna that get to the root
cause of  most muscle tightness, the brain, using a technique called pandiculation.
Pandiculation resets the muscle length at the level of the brain.

 


Through gentle movement patterns you learn how to retrain your brain and restore proper muscle function, so that you can become an active participant in your life again.
